About Horner Park Dog Park - Let's Build Phase 2

The Horner Park Dog Park Committee is dedicated to building a beautiful 3/4 acre fenced in dog park at the southwest corner of Horner Park (Irving & California). We are a volunteer organization and always welcome new members and ideas. So please join us! The perimeter fence is up and the dog park has been open since early August 2018. However, it is far from complete. Once we secure the necessary funding, here's what you and your doggos will be able to enjoy:

*Separate areas for both large doggos and lil puppers

*Dog-friendly water fountain and a water play area

*Canine turf play field (lead free artificial grass designed for dogs, no black rubber pellet infill) with mounding and tunnels for plenty of canine fun, mulch area, and pavers

*Additional ornamental landscaping, dog friendly plantings and benches

All of this costs money -- and lots of it! Thank you in advance for your continued support and generosity. This has been a real community effort and we are grateful for everyone's efforts and contributions. Please note that the Horner Park Advisory Council is a 501(c)(3) not for profit and your donations may be tax deductible.
