heART for Health

The heART for Health Art Auction benefits the Community Care Clinic of Boone whose mission is to provide free, quality health care to uninsured patients in our community. The Community Care Clinic has an integrated care model which means that we look at the whole patient; not just the patient’s physical well-being, but also their emotional, social, mental, environmental and spiritual needs as well.

The Community Care Clinic is a free clinic that provides healthcare to low-income, uninsured persons in our community. Through our integrated care model, patients have access to high-quality services that include primary care, behavioral health, disease management, active follow-up, and continuity of care.
