About Our Auction

Big dogs. Little dogs. Dogs that ride in cars!

Now's your chance to own some limited edition, custom made, as-seen-on-stage props from Carousel Theatre for Young People's production of Go, Dog. Go!

Five unique Go, Dog. Go! cars are on the auction block! One of these lightweight cars with adjustable harnesses could make the perfect piece of playroom decor, the centrepiece of an amazing costume, or a great addition to school or small community theatre! The cars for Go, Dog. Go! were custom made by Heidi Wilkinson and Jason Wingham, so they are guaranteed unique and one of a kind.

Also up for bids are the miniature amusement park, miniature tree scene, and a variety of custom-made props and scenic peices all looking for a good home.

Our goal is raise over $1,000 from the sale of our cars to put towards accessibility programming at Carousel Theatre for Young People. At Carousel Theatre for Young People, we believe that each child deserves to experience the magic of live theatre. Each year we make it a priority to ensure that our programs are accessible to all children regardless of their circumstance by donating tickets and providing drama school bursaries. On March 19, 2016, CTYP will become the first theatre company in Western Canada to stage a Relaxed Performance specially crafted for autistic children and their families with a special sensory-friendly presentation of Go, Dog. Go!

Help us reach our accessibility goals and bring theatre into the lives of every child.
