Freezing Fun For Families Annual Silent Auction

This years dinner and silent auction will be held Saturday, February 27 2016, at the Barre Elks club, 10 Jefferson St, Barre Vermont. If you would like to attend, tickets are $25/ person. Tickets include the auction, meal, raffle prizes and DJ. Tickets can be purchased at the Barre Elks 802-479-9522 or by calling Corey at 802-279-3632 and any remaining tickets will be sold at the door. For those unable to attend, you are able to view and bid on some of our items right here. Online bidding will start on February 5, 2016 at noon and end at 6:30 pm on February 27, 2016.

Freezing Fun For Families is the Worlds Largest Snow Softball Tournament. Founded in 1999 by Cass Bresette Freezing Fun For Families raises money for Vermont families who have a child battling a cancer. In 1999 Freezing Fun For Families held it's first snow softball tournament. Eight teams got together for the one day event and raised $800.00. Over the next 17 years Freezing Fun For Families has raised over $350,000.00, with 100% of all the proceeds going to these families.
This years beneficiaries are 22 month old Ryland Houle of East Middlebury, VT who is battling Neuroblastoma and 11 year old Garrett Peace of East Montpelier, VT, who is battling Leukemia.

The live event will take place February 27, 2016 at the Barre Elks Lodge, 10 Jefferson St Barre, VT 05641. Live bidding will start at 5:00 pm and conclude at 7:00 pm. Online bidding will conclude at 6:30 pm. Winners will be notified shortly after the conclusion of the live bidding.
