Festive Forest Auction 2018

Our annual online Festive Forest Auction supports the forest protection efforts of the Cumberland Community Forest Society through connecting generous donors of goods and services with festive shoppers looking for a perfect gift that supports a great cause!

This online auction runs for 2 weeks from Dec 4th at 11 am till Monday December 17th at 9 pm. Purchased items are picked up from the CV Collective Store in Cumberland Dec 18-22. All gifts will be ready go with tissue paper in a nice (recyclable) gift bag with a beautiful Cumberland Forest Greeting Card enclosed (retail $5). Gift giving made easy!

The Cumberland Community Forest Society is a charitable non profit dedicated to the purchase and protection of forest lands surrounding the Village of Cumberland on Vancouver Island. This forest is an important habitat corridor and filled with trails, mature trees, streams, riparian areas and heritage landmarks. The CCFS is a grassroots community organization that believes that this forest is worth more to the community standing than as timber. They have purchased over 500 acres to date from timber companies. These areas are now dedicated as a municipal nature park.
