About Our Auction
We love the Heart of the Headwaters!
And we are working to protect it from a Below-Water-Table blasting quarry proposed by CBM/St Marys, owned by Votorantim Cimentos of Brazil. If approved, this operation would use explosives to destroy over 700 acres of farmland, wetlands and woodlands (over 60,000 trees!)

Unique auction items and experiences have been generously donated by the community to raise funds for Forks of the Credit Preservation Group, to pay for professionals in Environmental Law, Hydrogeology, Biology, Ecology, Air Quality and Planning.

About Fall for the Heart of the Headwaters (FCPG)
Our not-for-profit community group led by local residents is united by our mutual love for Caledon and the Headwaters. Our goal is to preserve the ecological integrity of Caledon and protect the Heart of the Headwaters by stopping a proposed below the water table blasting quarry situated on over 700 acres of farmland and woodlands.
This fight to protect what we all love includes engaging technical experts in hydrogeology, air quality, natural environment, municipal planning and environmental law. Our Online Auction will help us to cover these expenses.
