The mission of the Edina Hockey Association is to design programs aimed at creating a fun, fair and safe hockey environment which increases participation and improves skills, while developing respect for others, self-confidence and teamwork in our student athletes.

Edina’s youth hockey program has a rich history and has contributed to many wonderful memories for past players, parents and coaches.  During the 2025-2026 season, the EHA had over 1,340 skaters. Ninety EHA state championship banners hang in Braemar Arena’s South rink. Currently, Minnesota has more girls playing than any state in the country, and Edina leads District 6 and Minnesota Hockey in overall participation by girls. The EHA has more than 1,300 boys and girls, ages 4 to 18 years, registered for hockey.
