Drive On Kat

The goal of this October 2026 auction is to raise money for the Drive On Kat Scholarship, which support teams actively working to compete in the Rebelle Rally. The Rebelle Rally is the longest rally in the U.S., and requires two-person, all women teams to navigate their way across 2500 kilometers of desert using only compass and paper maps. The competition is grueling and beautiful, challenging and rewarding. 

The Drive On Kat fund is named for Kat Cerruto, a 2024 rally rookie who fought hard to get to the Rebelle, only to learn at her required medical exam that she had cancer. She passed away in May 2025, nine months after her diagnosis.  She credited the rally for not only inspiring her, but also for acquiring the physical that alerted her to her condition. As a result, she encouraged everyone to get their checkups and screenings, not wait. She was a force of nature and an inspiration to all around her. She supported helping others get to the rally who were already working so hard to get there, too. 

This fund was created by Rebelles who know how important the experience of competing in the Rebelle can be.  The overall mission of the Drive On Rally Foundation is to support women and minorities in the motorsports industry. Any overage in this auction for the Drive On Kat Fund will go into the general Drive On Rally Foundation funds. 

The purpose of the Drive On Rally foundation is to empower women and other minorities to enter the motorsports industry through financial assistance, robust networking opportunities, and dedicated mentorship, including for such purposes, the seeking of funding and management of such efforts.
