Villagefest 2017 Fall Auction

Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer you a stunning collection of auction items to help raise funds for the Village Sanctuary of Dog Ranch Rescue. Please help us thank the companies and donors of these items whether on social media or through your patronage. This show of gratitude not only helps when they choose to donate to our efforts in the future, but also serves as a reminder of the wonderful gifts they have given to our rescue efforts. Without our donors and without our village members, we would not be able to accomplish such amazing things!

Important:
Auction begins as a silent auction online then transitions to a live auction at the Rancher’s Roundup Gala on Saturday, October 21st ending at 9:00PM (CST). Attendees will have the final bidding rights on all auction items. All bidding closes at 9:00PM Saturday, October 21st with winner notifications going out shortly afterwards.

Guidelines:
Please ensure all contact information is accurate when placing bids.

Bidding will end promptly on specified times for both silent and live auction.

All bids are considered a binding contract to purchase the item and are assumed to be offered in good faith.

When entering a maximum bid, the system will automatically make bids on your behalf in increments if your item is outbid, until your maximum bid is reached.

The highest bidder (whether bid during silent or live auction) at the time of the live auction closing will be the buyer.

Every attempt has been made to describe items accurately. It is the responsibility of the bidder to read the details carefully. There will be no refunds of any item.

All items sold "as is" with no warranties, expressed or implied. All sales final. If item or certificates are lost, they cannot be replaced.

Winning bidders present at the live auction can check in at the auction area after winners are announced to arrange for pickup or shipping.

Winning bidders NOT present at the live auction will be invoiced for their item and are expected to pay within 48 hours of invoice receipt to avoid forfeiture to next highest bidder.

Dog Ranch Rescue is a non-profit (501c3) which specializes in the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of dogs of all breeds.

We rescue and rehabilitate dogs in need from various sources such as puppy mills, local shelters and strays. The rescue seeks medical help for each dog, provides housing, rehabilitates and socializes each dog in our care. We accept donations from the public which help cover all aspects of the cost associated with this process.

Once the dogs are restored to good health, spayed or neutered and have all of their needs met physically and socially, we will take the necessary steps to find their forever home. Each adopter will undergo a rigorous application and review process to ensure a positive outcome.

Without the generous donation of our donors and "Village Members", we simply could not change the lives of these deserving animals who have often suffered beyond comprehension. Thank you for supporting Dog Ranch Rescue!

The online auction will begin online Sunday, October 15th at 8:00AM (CST).
The online auction will close on Thursday, October 19th at 8:00PM (CST).

The auction will then transition to a live auction for those attending the Rancher's Round-up Gala on Saturday, October 21st. Tickets are available for purchase through Monday, October 16th at 8:00PM (CST) - Only Naughty Ed Packages remain which includes the ticket to the Gala, 2 drink tickets, door prize tickets, dinner buffet and an evening full of entrainment.
