For 108 years, the students of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine have produced ‘Daffydil’, a theatrical fundraiser in support of the Canadian Cancer Society. Since 1910, Daffydil has raised more than $680 000 to support research and services. In addition, Daffy, as it’s affectionately known at U of T, has become a defining component of the student experience and entertains more than 2000 people each year. Daffydil brings together students, various faculties, U of T Alumni, and the broader Toronto community in support of the fight against cancer.
