Art Builds Community 2026

Art builds community. Every bid supports the Cowichan Valley Arts Council's programs, from classes and workshops to exhibitions like Jake-O-Vision, featuring textile artist Jake Pruim. Bid on original work and one-of-a-kind experiences from Cowichan Valley artists and businesses, and be part of what CVAC is building. Items are on display at the gallery throughout October.

Since 1971, the Cowichan Valley Arts Council (CVAC) has brought people together through art. From our galleries and studio in the Cowichan Community Centre, we create opportunities for people across the Cowichan Valley to learn, create, and experience art through exhibitions, classes and workshops, artist programs, and community events.

We believe art builds community. By creating opportunities to learn, create, and experience art together, CVAC connects people, supports artists, and helps make the arts a vibrant and accessible part of life in the Cowichan Valley.
