Columbus AAZK Chapter Bowling For Rhinos 2026

The Columbus chapter of the American Association of Zookeepers (AAZK) is excited to announce our annual Bowling for Rhinos online auction. BFR is the signature conservation effort of AAZK, raising funds and awareness for all five species of rhinos while supporting conservation facilities such as Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Kenya, Ujong Kulon on the island of Java, Way Kambas on the island of Sumatra, and Action for Cheetahs in Kenya.  Funds raised through BFR help support the operation and maintenance of anti-poaching equipment and anti-poaching ranger units as well as the translocation of rhinos from unsafe to protected areas.

The American Association of Zookeepers (AAZK) is a nonprofit organization made up of animal care professionals, volunteers, and students from all over the United States. Our local Columbus AAZK Chapter participates in national fundraisers to support conservation projects all over the world.
