About Our Auction
Cobblestone Arts Center is proud to partner with Birdhouse Brewing Co. and Grover Financial Services to present this exclusive silent auction featuring four original paintings that celebrate the spirit of human connection.
From the Studio to the Brewery
These vibrant pieces were born from a unique professional collaboration between Cobblestone’s teaching artists, Naomi Sprague and Josue Lopez, and two of our dedicated students, Charlie and Alison.
The quality and energy of these works inspired a special summer project with Birdhouse Brewing Co., proudly presented by Grover Financial Services in honor of their 10th anniversary. A longtime supporter of Cobblestone, Grover Financial has spent a decade helping families navigate their futures, and we are thrilled to honor their milestone by showcasing the bright creative futures of our students.
The Kizuna Collection
These four paintings serve as the label artwork for a limited-edition release from Birdhouse Brewing Co.—the brand new Kizuna Japanese Rice Lager. This light-bodied, crisp, and clean beer is brewed with flaked rice, Pilsner malt, and a touch of Nelson Sauvin hops. It was crafted specifically to celebrate the spirit of connection and community. In addition, the original paintings are on display at Birdhouse now through the end of the auction! Stop by to enjoy the Kizuna beer and check out the one-of-a-kind art in person.
Throughout the summer, you can find these special edition 16 oz cans at Birdhouse Brewing Co. in Honeoye and local Canandaigua area restaurants. Not only does this collaboration showcase our students’ talents, but a percentage of all Kizuna sales is donated directly back to Cobblestone. While the beer allows the entire region to toast to our mission, remember: this auction features the only original canvases in existence. Placing a winning bid is the only way to own one of the foundational pieces that inspired this entire community project!
