Clayfield College Reserved Car Park Auction

Would you like the opportunity to bid for your very own reserved Car Park at Clayfield College?

Skip the daily search for your school car park by bidding for a special, reserved car park that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The reserved car park affords you the ease to pick up and drop off your children at the College, at the same reserved location.

The inaugural Clayfield College Reserved Car Park Auction will go live on Monday 20th May 2019. The Auction closes on Sunday 2nd June at 8pm.

About the Reserved Car Park

This Car Park is centrally located on the Clayfield College campus, behind the Business Office. Access to the College can be made easily and quickly through the gate into the Primary school grounds.

Your reserved car park can be used at anytime you need to park at the College. This includes parking during the weekdays and weekends and during the school holiday break.

Why are we holding a Car Park Auction?

Today, like all education institutions, Clayfield College faces new demands and challenges to provide for the future development of our campus. In developing our capital resources, the College relies on many forms of funding to provide quality education facilities for our students.

The Clayfield College Foundation is the philanthropic heart of the College, and as such, it plays a vital role in the College. Funds raised from this auction are directed to the Clayfield College Foundation’s fundraising initiatives that assists the College’s Master Plan developments.

We are delighted to invite you to join in and bid for your reserved car park to support our students’ education.

Auction Terms for the Reserved Car Park Auction (Launched in Term 2, 2019)

• Your Reserved Car Park will be available for all of Term 3. And, as a special first-time launch, your Reserved Car Park will be available from Week 7 of Term 2, Monday 3rd June.
• This auction is open and limited to Clayfield College parents only.
• Bidding is available online via our auction page.
• To bid online, you must register yourself as a bidder.
• The highest bidder’s payment must be received by the Monday 3rd June 2019. Payment can be made by direct deposit or credit card. Please call Foundation Manager, Alicia Edwards on 07 3262 0292.
• This Reserved Car Park is available for use from Monday 3rd June 2019 through to and including Friday 20th September. (A total of 16 weeks including June / July school holidays)
• Highest bidder agrees to be photographed and published for communication purposes and to acknowledge your kind support.
• A Term 4 Car Park Auction will be available for bidding later in the year. All are welcome to bid again each Term for the reserved car park.
