What happens next:

1. Bid winners should have received an automated email from 32Auctions for each item they have won, including the SOLD amount (winning bid).
   
   
   
2. If you have won multiple items, you may add up the amounts to submit a single payment.
   
   
   
3. Please submit your payment via e-transfer to claremontgradfundraising@gmail.com.
   
   
   
4. Payments must be received on or before Thursday, May 21st.
   
   
   
5. You may pick up your item(s) at the front of the Claremont Main Entrance on Friday, May 22nd during one of the following times:
   
   
   • 8:30–9:30 a.m.
   • 2:30–3:30 p.m.
     
     
     
6. Items may be picked up by either the bidder or the associated student. Please know which items you are picking up, as you will be signing for each item.

We are hosting this silent auction to raise essential funds for this year's graduation events. Our goal is to ensure every graduating senior has the opportunity to participate in safe, memorable, and inclusive celebrations as they wrap up their high school journey.

It's hard to believe these kids are already in their final months of Grade 12! They have worked incredibly hard to get to this milestone, and we want to celebrate them in style. By participating in this auction, you aren't just bidding on fantastic items generously donated by our local community, you are directly contributing to an unforgettable send-off for these hardworking students.
