This year, all proceeds from our Chords for Callum silent auction will go directly to the STXBP1 Foundation, which is funding critical research, advancing nearly 20 potential therapies currently in development, supporting clinical initiatives, and providing resources and connection for families navigating this ultra rare diagnosis.
Because STXBP1 is so rare, research depends heavily on community driven fundraising. Every dollar raised moves us closer to better treatments, greater understanding, and real hope for children like Callum.
Callum is lovingly known as “Sunshine Boy” because he brings light everywhere he goes. Thank you for bidding, donating, and helping us turn that light into lasting impact.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Chords for Callum is a community driven music initiative created to support Callum and families like ours. Through concerts, events, and auctions, we raise funds where they’re needed most, sometimes for Callum directly, sometimes for the broader STXBP1 community. We are incredibly lucky that Jon’s world in music has given us an extraordinary community to lean on, and that so many talented artists show up for our family and for this cause year after year.
Last year, we focused on Callum’s therapy intensives, and the impact was real: he started walking and began using his AAC device to communicate.
This year, all proceeds go directly to the STXBP1 Foundation, a parent led nonprofit dedicated to advancing research, raising awareness, and supporting families affected by STXBP1 related disorders, a rare genetic condition affecting brain development and neurological function. 

With nearly 20 potential therapies currently in development, this is one of the most critical moments in the history of STXBP1 research, and every dollar helps push that work forward.
