About Our Auction

RESILIENCE is a new fundraiser presented by the Chickasaw Nation and benefitting Calm Waters grief support groups through an in-person art opening on August 7, 6 - 9 p.m. Art pricing ranges between $50 and $2,000, with “buy it now pricing” available through this virtual silent auction site, and the auction ends Thursday, August 12 at Noon.

22 local Oklahoma artists created 43 artworks that interpret their version of resilience, life after loss, and hope after grief. The proceeds of each sold piece will either be be split 80/20 between Calm Waters and the artist or 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Calm Waters.

About Calm Waters Center for Children and Families

Founded in 1992, Calm Waters Center for Children and Families is a nonprofit and non-faith organization dedicated to helping bereaved children and families in their grief journey after a death, divorce or other significant loss by providing FREE support groups at our center and in schools, private pay counseling and consultation, parenting seminars, professional trainings and workplace crisis services.

Our research-based curriculum is designed to encourage you to share your experiences in a safe environment as you process grief and navigate feelings such as sadness, loneliness and anger.

Support Group attendance at our center starts and stops according to each person’s situation and needs.
