Once again the community is stepping up to help raise funds for Friends of Butte Creek and their efforts to make Butte Creek a better place for fish, wildlife and humans. Friends of Butte Creek was formed in at the beginning of the 21st century. We celebrate our 21th anniversary virtually through our Wild and Scenic Film Festival Online. Our mission is to "work to protect, restore and enhance the natural habitats of wildlife in the Butte Creek Watershed." Raising awareness and building community support is one of the most important aspects of our organization. Our Film Festival has attracted thousands of participants over 15 years and in this unusual year, 2021, we are reaching out to an even broader audience, worldwide! The films will be available over the internet not only on the night of the event, November 20, but for 5 days thereafter for your convenient viewing. Out silent auction has always been a favorite of our program and we bring this years to you virtually. Enjoy and generously support Friends of Butte Creek!
