Feather Our Nest 2026: Briar Bush In Bloom

Celebrate Briar Bush in Bloom at the 36th annual Friends of Briar Bush Feather Our Nest Gala on the evening of September 25, 2026, at North Hills Country Club. Enjoy dinner, drinks, lively festivities, and a live auction as we honor a year of growth and renewal at Briar Bush Nature Center.

Interested in attending the live event? Click here to purchase your tickets by Sunday, September 13th.

The Feather Our Nest Online Auction precedes the live event and offers participants the opportunity to win a variety of items donated and gathered from businesses and artisans within our community and beyond!

All funds raised from the FON auction directly support the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Friends of Briar Bush, and our mission to inspire people of all ages and backgrounds to celebrate nature.

Since 1974, the Friends of Briar Bush has inspired people to celebrate nature by welcoming everyone into our museum, bird observatory, pond, and trails.

Over the past year, Briar Bush has continued to grow as a place of learning, conservation, and connection. With the support of dedicated friends and partners, our programs, habitats, and educational reach have expanded in meaningful ways. Some highlights are:

• Cultivated seeds of curiosity for over 37,000 people of all ages and abilities
• Planted over 340 native trees and flowers, while volunteers joined efforts to remove invasive species, enhancing our woodland habitat
• Provided over $10,000 in scholarship funding, expanding access to summer camp for families facing financial hardship
