Black Cat Bash 2025

The Black Cat Bash is our annual online auction where we raise the funds necessary to create a progressive, compassionate community where all cats can live their best lives. The auction runs from October 18th-25th, 2025 where you can bid on a variety of packages ranging from wine, cat supplies, experiences, and more! There will be something for everyone, so bid high and bid often! All proceeds support our programs and services.

Organization Information:
OAR’s low cost, high volume Spay/Neuter Clinic is based on the Humane Alliance model and our licensed veterinarians sterilized 8,278 cats in 2024. Since the beginning of 2020, OAR has spayed/neutered over 55,000 cats!

That’s a lot of cats, but that isn't all! OAR’s Adoption Center is located in The Joanie Bernard Home for Cats. Dedicated staff and volunteers work to match cats and kittens with their people. In 2024, OAR adopted out 1,361 cats. Since the beginning of 2020, OAR has adopted out over 8,500 cats!

And none of it would be possible without the support of our community. During this online auction, bid high and bid often to help us raise even more funds to care for and save as many cats as possible!

Auction Dates:
The auction runs from 7:00 a.m. October 18th to 9:00 p.m. October 25th (Eastern Standard Time).

How to Participate:

Paying for Your Winning Bids:
Winners will receive an email with a link to pay their invoice online. You can use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. If you’ve won multiple items, you can choose to pay all at once at the end of the auction.

How do I collect the items I won in the auction?
Once you’ve paid for your items on the 32Auctions website, all online auction purchases can be picked up at Ohio Alleycat Resource in Madisonville (5619 Orlando Place, Cincinnati, OH 45227) during one of the following Eastern Standard times:

Tuesday, October 28th, 12PM-4:00PM
Wednesday, October 29th, 12PM-7:00PM
Thursday, October 30th, 12PM-7:00PM

Saturday, November 1st, 12PM-3:00PM
Sunday, November 2nd 12PM-6:00PM

If you are unable to attend one of the above pick-up dates, please email sarap@ohioalleycat.org to discuss alternatives. Any items not claimed by end of business on Monday, November 3rd will be considered a donation back to Ohio Alleycat Resource & Spay/Neuter Clinic.
