Gala 2018: Grow Love! Auction is LIVE!

This is your chance to place early bids for Brooklyn Free School's Annual Gala Auction!

All of our auction items have been donated by local businesses, partners, sponsors, and our extended Brooklyn Free School community. Their generosity makes events like the Gala and our yearly fundraisers possible.

EARLY BIDDING: When you find an item you'd like, you can simply bid on the item OR choose the 'buy now' option to secure that item right away.

FINAL BIDDING: Come to the Gala to place your final bids, or enter a 'proxy bid' and we will bid on your behalf at the event.

Your bids make an immediate impact on this amazing learning community located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. All money raised from the auction goes into our Annual Fund. The BFS Annual Fund subsidizes tuition for 90% of attending students and makes it possible for Brooklyn Free School to continue serving a diverse student body and maintain a strong teaching staff.

Brooklyn Free School is a non-profit, independent school founded in 2003 that welcomes over 80 students to learn and study based on a foundation of democratic decision making and social justice values. Nestled in the heart of Brooklyn's historic Clinton Hill Neighborhood, the school has a unique academic program that builds students' capacity for leadership, empathy, and complex problem solving. Students develop a deep understanding of self and their relationship to the larger world.

We are excited to welcome Curly Girl Collective as our 2018 Honoree! Curly Girl Collective cultivates self-love and engages the Brooklyn community in celebration of natural beauty.
