Bats for a Cure 2021 with Thunder Baseball

Thank you for supporting our Bats for a Cure auction to benefit Susan G. Komen Colorado. Nine years ago, Thunder Baseball along with CABA Colorado started this tournament to help support patients going through breast cancer treatment. The Executive Director of Thunder Baseball, Shawn Williamson's wife, Lynne was diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer the year before and Shawn wanted to give back to the community after their family received so much love and support.

All total our Bats for a Cure baseball tournament has raised over $150,000 in 9 years for Susan G. Komen Colorado. The sales of these team baskets and donations will continue to contribute toward that total.

Thunder Baseball League was founded October 16, 2009 with eight (8) youth baseball teams (ages 8-14) and now has the foundation of forty-four (44) competitive teams in 2021.Thunder Baseball League, Inc is about promoting good character, developing young players skills in a positive manner and preparing for high school baseball and beyond.

Through hard work, persistence, and dedication to teach, coach, and play sound fundamental and aggressive baseball we will reach our goals. It is a collective effort on the part of the players, coaches, parents and the Rocky Mountain Junior Baseball League (RMJBL) which will bring about these obtainable results.
