About Our Auction

There is one audience walk-on role at every performance of "Barefoot in the Park"!
The roles will be auctioned from April 30 - May 26, 2025. You can have the chance to play the "Delivery Person" in the production.

About the roles: This is a brief walk-on role with a few lines. We will go over your blocking prior to the production. As your entrance approaches, an actor will assist you with your entrance and yes you will have a costume.

Who can bid? Anyone! Everyone could be a "delivery person" as long as you are 18 years or older, regardless of gender, or previous theatrical experience. Bid for yourself or get a walk-on as a delightful present for a loved one.

How it works? The auctions for each weekend are open now. There are 3 separate auction items, one for each of the weekends that the show will run. Place your bid on your preferred weekend. Once the winners are chosen, you will be contacted to select the specific show in which you will "appear". Feel free to bid on multiple weekends, if desired. The weekend dates for the auction items are:

 Weekend 1 - June 12 - 15th

Weekend 2 - June 19 - 22nd

Weekend 3 - June 26 - 29th

Auctions will close on May 26, 2025, in order to allow our winners to be notified and have the opportunity to rehearse with the cast and director.  Winners get 2 tickets to the performance and a complimentary concession, and of course a final bow with the cast.

About Little Lake Theatre

The mission of the Little Lake Theatre is to: “Cultivate community through quality theatrical experiences” and our vision is: “To explore opportunities to connect to the human spirit in a world that has become more disconnected; to be well-known and loved by the community as a place where everyone feels a sense of belonging on stage or in the audience.”

Will Disney founded Little Lake Theatre in 1949 with the vision of creating what is at the heart of community theatre: a place where actors, directors, designers, volunteers, and audiences support one another, learn from one another, and thoroughly enjoy one another’s company. Will’s vision remains our passion today. The current management team of Patrick Cannon, Artistic Director and Patricia Knapp, Managing Director, together have over 40 years of arts management expertise.

Great theatre has the power to awaken and transform individuals. Little Lake aspires to that ideal but chooses to add an even deeper layer to the experience. By connecting people in the community across generations and professions regardless of social and economic standings, we create an atmosphere of acceptance and diversity highlighting commonalities instead of differences and thereby enrich and strengthen our community.
