Backstage Boosters Auction and Dessert Theatre

Plano West will be hosting a dessert theatre /live and silent auction event on October 3, 2019. The silent auction items will also be online the week prior to the event. This theatrical extravaganza will include a variety of student performances from Plano West. We humbly ask for your support of
the Plano West Theatre Department by attending our event, bidding on some of our wonderful auction items, or sponsoring our program with a one time or recurring donation. All proceeds will benefit the Theatre programs at Plano West Senior High School, which receive no district funding. This program depends on people like you! Thank you for your support.

The Plano West Backstage Boosters (PWBB) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization seeking fundraising support to
aid Plano West Senior High School’s (PWSH) 2019-2020 theatre season. PWSH is a public senior high school
(grades 11 and 12) in Plano ISD. The theatre department seeks outside funding in order to produce a number of
shows during the school year. PWBB assists the theatre department and helps purchase things like scripts, props,
lighting, audio, costumes, royalties etc. All funds raised will be used for the theater department at Plano West for
the musical and theatrical education of its students.

Join us for our dessert theatre and live auction event on October 3rd at 7:00 p.m. Enjoy dessert for $5.00, along with free performances by the Plano West Musical Theatre students! Online auction will close at 8, and live auction will begin! Support this award winning theatre department with your bids, donations, and presence! Hope to see you there!
