Fun Fair Silent Auction 2020

This year's Silent Auction funds will be used to purchase educational supplies, school equipment, and support school events in our District, such as Art in Action Day, school parties and Innovation Grants for teachers.

Online Silent Auction: February 15, 2020 - February 21, 2020
Live Silent Auction: February 23, 2020, from 12-3pm at Avoca West, during the annual Fun Fair.

The 2020 Fun Fair Auction opens online and ends with a silent, in-person auction at the Fun Fair. The Fun Fair Silent Auction will take place in the Avoca West North Gym from 12-3 during the Fun Fair on Sunday, February 23, 2020 (with the exception of the MM Graduation Tickets). Once the online auction portion has closed, you can NO LONGER BID ONLINE; all continuing bidding will take place at the Live Silent Auction.

Avoca District 37 Parent Teacher Council (PTC) is a membership of parents, teachers, and staff who are dedicated to fostering the educational, social and overall well-being of each student at Avoca Community Preschool, Avoca West School and Marie Murphy School. We serve these students by promoting a closer working relationship among district families, the school and the community at large.

Thank you to all who participated in this year's online portion of the Silent Auction. Though the online part closes officially on February 21, 2020, at 6:00 pm, it will transition to the live event on February 23, 2020, from 12-3 pm and run concurrently with the Fun Fair.

Once the online auction portion has closed, you can NO LONGER BID ONLINE; all continuing bidding will take place at the Live Silent Auction. If you cannot attend the Live Silent Auction - or you just really adore an item - we highly recommend that you use the “Buy Now” feature to secure the item. All priceless items automatically transition to the live event and cannot be purchased through the "Buy Now" option. (The exception is the MM Graduation Tickets - bidding for this item will end online, with the 2 highest bidders winning the item.)
