Art In The Park 2026- Vineyard Cottages

Galaxy Arts MV (Galaxy Gallery/MVCVA) and Island Artists with the cooperation from the Oak Bluffs Parks Department and the Massachusetts Cultural Council commemorate Renee Balter by creating and coordinating an outdoor art installation everyone can enjoy.
For two weeks view premier Martha's Vineyard artists renditions of "Vineyard Cottages"  around Sunset Lake off New York Ave across from OakBluffs Harbor.
*50% of final auction bids go to the Artist. 25% to Harbor Homes, 25% to Galaxy Arts MV.
The art installation event will take place from June 20 -  July 4, during the bidding process, culminating in a reception of "Cottages" for the winning bids at the Portuguese American Club, July 5, 5-7pm.

The Galaxy Arts MV is a cooperative non-profit organization open to all Island Artists, which has evolved over the years from Martha's Vineyard Center for the Visual Arts (MVCVA) to Galaxy Gallery. We no longer have a presence as a brick and mortar gallery but now base all art activities as events and pop-ups to serve our Island artists.
