Art in Central Park 2019 Auction

2019 is the first year of a new program in downtown Two Rivers. Art in Central Park will display the works of 20 local artists on banners surrounding the fountains in Central Park. The interest in this program from local artists was well beyond our expectations, and residents and visitors alike will see some truly spectacular art displayed in the park throughout the summer. The proceeds from this project will be used to upgrade the planters placed in downtown Two Rivers, making the community more beautiful all year around.

Since 1996, Two Rivers Main Street has worked to make downtown Two Rivers a place to live, work, and relax. By strengthening the downtown as the center of the community, we have strived to engage the business community, residents, and visitors to make our city special.

After the online portion of the auction closes at noon on Saturday, May 18th, all of the paintings will be available to bid on live from 1:00 to 4:00 on Saturday afternoon. This live silent auction will be held at Basil Ishkabibble's Art Gallery, 1612 Washington Street in downtown Two Rivers. All of the art will be on display. When the auction closes at 4:00, winning bidders will be able to pick up their paintings until 5:00 pm Saturday.
