About The Arc of Aurora

Since 1975, The Arc of Aurora has been a celebrated organization making an impact for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families. That’s over four decades of transforming lives for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) and other I/DDs. Consider some of our 2019 accomplishments:

•trained over 8,700 individuals through our training and education program, THINK+change;
•advocated for 200+ children and adults with I/DD who needed individual advocacy;
•supplied food and hygiene products to 100+ individuals via our emergency food bank;
•helped nearly 200 people through our Thanksgiving food and holiday gift programs; and
•benefitted from 650 hours of volunteer-donated time.

Thank you for joining us and making a difference!
