AQHYA Region 5 2027 Calendar Fundraiser

AQHYA Region 5 is creating a 2027 calendar and giving you the chance to be a part of it! These 11 x 18.5-inch, spiral-bound wall calendars will combine practical use, promotion, and meaningful support—all in one. Use this opportunity to highlight a Quarter Horse youth exhibitor, training facility, stallion, state affiliate, farm, or business. Profits will go toward the 2027 AQHYA Region 5 Youth Leadership Conference.

The auction will start on 8:00 am EST Thursday, October 1st, and close on the evening of Wednesday, October 14th.

There are 12 full-color month cover spaces available to bid on, with one cover representing each month of the calendar. Each monthly cover will have a starting bid of $80. Bidders may increase their bids in $10 increments and will be able to place proxy bids. Bidding will close at the specified time unless a “Buy Now” bid has been placed or a final bid is placed within the final 30 seconds of the designated close, which will extend the closing time by an additional 3 minutes.

Important: All 12 month covers must be claimed with at least the minimum starting bid for the calendar to go into production.

The American Quarter Horse Youth Association (AQHYA) is dedicated to youth and young adults who are interested in the American Quarter Horse. As the world's largest youth equine association, it promotes horsemanship, education, and competition. AQHYA Region 5 is made of youth members who reside in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Under the leadership of three Youth Regional Directors, Region 5 provides activities, information, and opportunities for youth to connect and grow.
