The AOFTA Artist in Residence program offers a unique opportunity for an artist with an interest in collaborating with art teachers and students to create a hands-on project for elementary students in the community.
About An Occasion for the Arts
An Occasion for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enriching Williamsburg with a FREE annual arts extravaganza since 1969.
In addition, we support the community through outreach initiatives, an artist-in-residence program in local public schools, and a student public art showcase.
Individual contributions are critical to our success year over year, and we are grateful to our many community supporters!
