WHY BID?
- Each resulting foal from a breeding purchased in this auction is eligible for FREE enrollment into the All Star Reining Stakes
- Resulting foals receive 50% discounted Futurity & Derby entry fees at the All Star Event

Nominator Paybacks: 5% of the horse’s earnings in All Star Stakes classes are paid directly back to the nominator
- Your horse remains eligible to compete in All Star Stakes events throughout its entire futurity and derby career
- This contract entitles the purchaser to one embryo only if embryo transfer is used
- If multiple embryos are flushed and used, the purchaser must contact the stallion owner/agent immediately to arrange payment for additional embryos
This breeding contract is transferable only to the mare owner/buyer who purchases the 2026 breeding through the official online auction platform (www.32auctions.com) for the 2026 breeding season.
The mare owner/buyer is purchasing the full 2026 breeding service of the stallion specified and is responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to:
- Veterinary fees
- Chute fees
- Mare care
- Breeding and collection fees
- Shipping or handling fees
All Star Reining Stakes, LLC is not responsible for any fees or expenses related to execution of the breeding contract beyond what is listed in the auction description. All Star Reining Stakes, LLC’s responsibility ends upon transfer of the contract to the winning bidder.
If the stallion dies prior to the donated breeding being fulfilled and no comparable stallion is available, the winning bidder will be refunded in full.
ALL STALLION FEES ARE LISTED TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE. Bidders are responsible for confirming all fees with the stallion station prior to bidding.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Stallion owners and stations reserve the right to change or adjust fees at any time. It is the bidder’s responsibility to perform due diligence and verify all fees before bidding.
This breeding is NON-TRANSFERABLE and may not be sold to a third party without written consent from the stallion owner/agent.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is due within 14 days of the winning bid
- If payment is not received, the credit card on file will be charged
- Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of the breeding, which may then be offered to the back bidder
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. All parties submit to jurisdiction in North Carolina courts and waive any objection to venue or forum.
NO ARBITRATION: All disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of North Carolina.
