Alameda Kitchen Launch Party Silent Auction

Food Shift is excited to be hosting a special silent auction leading up to the Alameda Kitchen launch party on Friday, June 24th. We have received many generous donations for our auction prizes from local establishments, and we are proud to showcase them through this auction. All proceeds from the auction will go towards the Alameda Kitchen!

Food Shift works collaboratively with communities, businesses and governments to develop long-term sustainable solutions to reduce food waste and build more resilient communities. Our vision - all people should have access to nutritious food and no food should be wasted. We aim to reduce the environmental impacts of wasted food and increase access to nutritious and affordable food for all. We are working to implement innovative solutions that ensure more adequate infrastructure and capacity fore the recovery, processing, and redistribution of good food. We plan to reach these goals in Alameda with a new social enterprise: the Alameda Kitchen.
