1st Annual Adkins PTA Auction

Welcome to the 1st Annual Adkins PTA Auction for a Cause!

The Auction runs from 9:00 a.m. February 12 to 4:00 p.m. February 23 and is online only.

Proceeds will benefit Programs at Adkins Elementary and replaces the Fun Run we have done as a fundraiser in past years.

As you know, the mission of Adkins Elementary is Learn - Connect - Serve. With this Auction, we have the opportunity to focus on the SERVE component of our mission.

As approved by the Adkins PTA general membership, a minimum of 25% of the auction proceeds will support a sister Denton ISD school to help them fund an unfinished project or fill a need.

This year, we have chosen Borman Elementary and we will be helping build their classroom libraries!


About Adkins Elementary PTA

This auction supports exact and proxy bids.

This auction has "extended bidding" enabled. The Extended Bidding feature automatically extends the end time of an item by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes. This allows bidders to relax during the end of an auction knowing they'll have time to enter a new bid if they're outbid in the final 3 minutes, making it easier to maintain their lead on one or more items.

The online auction starts at 8:00 AM on October 9 and closes at 9:00 PM on October 20. Auction items will be on display at the Casino Night, and online bidding will continue throughout the event.

You do not have to attend the event to continue bidding or to win auction items.

Items will be available for pick up at Casino Night (October 20 at Circle R Ranch) or on a pick up date (TBA) at Adkins Elementary.

Any items containing alcohol will be available for off-campus pick up.

Payment may be made online at the close of the auction, or paid by check at the time of pick up (payable to Adkins PTA).

Shipping is not available for any items.

Item number and proof of purchase is required (receipt and driver's license/ID).

All activities with Adkins' Staff & Teachers may only be won by currently enrolled Adkins' students and must be scheduled in advance. Parents are responsible for transportation; date of event to be determined through teacher and parent. Gifts of time and talent from Adkins' Staff & Teachers expire at the end of this school year (May 2024) unless specifically noted.

All items are sold as-is and all sales are final and non-refundable.
