Zululand Rhino Orphanage & Rhino Protection Fund

The funds raised will go directly to the care, feed, milk and medication for the rhino calves orphaned from poaching that are currently at the facility. Additionally we hope to raise funds for the rescue and care of calves that will need to be rescued in the near future due to the increase in poaching in the region. 

Furthermore our rhino protection and regional operations center will provide essential technology and support to the reserve's in the region to aid wildlife crime prevention. 

The Zululand Conservation Trust (ZCT) is embarking on a fundraising and awareness tour across the USA to secure support for critical regional conservation initiatives in South Africa. As a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting endangered species, particularly rhinos and pangolins, and supporting local communities, our goal is to strengthen international partnerships and raise funds for essential conservation programs.

The Zululand Rhino Orphanage is a rehabilitation facility founded by trust to rescue and care for rhino calves orphaned from poaching. Due to the rhino poaching crises in the Zululand region the facility has had an influx in calves and therefore desperately in need of funding. 

In addition to the orphanage the trust plays a critical role in wildlife protection in the region to support the Zululand parks in their rhino protection efforts. We are therefore working hard to raise the funds needed for a regional operations center and technology to combat wildlife crime.
