The Z to A Collection by Red Romes

The cocktail menu in Seymour's Parlour, Z to A was designed by our Bar Manager Gregorio Soriente to push the boundaries of conventionality both in flavors and spirits. The menu, constructed of 12 cocktails, focuses on the 12 pairs of neurons in the sensory-somatic nervous system. Seeking ingredients and processes to allow for impact on each of the senses within one’s system, the menu goes beyond the taste palate and into a full sensory experience.

Artisan Jerrome ‘Red Romes’ Henry has constructed the vision for this book along with curating the art to complement it. Alongside the bar team, his focus was to capture the essence of each drink through art allowing for all five senses to intertwine on this journey.

Red Romes is auctioning the first six pieces in his collection, the auction is now live and will run until the end of July 2023.

A percentage of the proceeds will go straight to a charity at the heart of the neighbourhood, The Marylebone Project. The charity is a sanctuary for women who are homeless, vulnerable or living in an abusive situation, providing a life-changing service. Giving women the tools to rebuild trust, learn to re-engage with society and empower them to rebuild their lives, The Marylebone Project is a charity where every penny donated helps.
