Yours Truly - fbi.radio fundraiser

Introducing Yours Truly, bringing together nine incredibly talented artists and creatives to design their own one-of-a-kind Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars.

We asked each artist to design a shoe that is a personal reflection of Sydney's culture, fashion, arts and the community. Every pair speaks to the city’s creative pulse, from the underground scenes to the everyday beauty we often overlook.⁠

For over 20 years, fbi.radio has championed new music, emerging voices, and untold stories and this is all made possible by our supporters. We receive no regular government funding, which means it’s the generosity of our community that keeps us 100% independent and on-air.

fbi.radio acknowledges this fundraiser takes place on the stolen land of the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation. We pay our respect to their elders past and present. Redfern, where the fbi.radio studio is based, is the heartland of Aboriginal resistance and resilience in Australia. This land has been in the hands of generations of Gadigal custodians for thousands of years before us and will be for thousands of years to come. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

fbi.radio champions Australian and Sydney music, arts, and culture. It broadcasts on FM, digital radio and online 24/7, providing a platform and support for a significant amount of Sydney music, arts and culture that may not be supported elsewhere. It trains many young volunteers and staff members in radio, both on the mic and behind the scenes.
