About WSDOT Memorial Foundation: The Washington State Department of Transportation Memorial Foundation was founded in 2010 and provides financial assistance to State Department of Transportation employees who become disabled in the line of duty, to surviving spouses and children of Fallen Workers and for the families of employees impacted by catastrophic injury or illness

The Combined Fund Drive (CFD) is Washington State’s workplace giving program for active and retired public employees. State and higher education employees are invited to give to the charity of their choice through payroll contribution and agency fundraising events.
