Help The WPCP Concert Choir Get To Iceland!

The funds from this auction will be used to ensure that every student in the choir is provided equal opportunity to travel, helping us pay for airfare, housing, and excursions into the rich cultural landscape of Iceland, where we will be singing on tour in March of 2018. Choral music is a unique vehicle for creating community and understanding our world. Through lyrics, harmony, melody, and rhythm we find empathy in life stories in a visceral way. Since the school opened in 2000, the Chicago-based Walter Payton Concert Choir has been spreading the joy of music around the world, from Beijing to Buenos Aires. This year, we're bringing our songs to Iceland! The money made through this auction will go towards fulfilling the mission of our Global Navigators program: every student is given equal opportunity to travel and experience life and culture around the world.
