Willamette Young Life’s Mission is to present the gospel to teenagers in a non-threatening way in order to communicate the love of Jesus Christ. Here is what makes Young Life unique--Young Life is not a church. Young Life is a non-profit organization that partners with churches but does not replace it. Young Life’s desire is that teenagers make a decision of faith and foster a lifelong relationship with a church.

During the school year Young Life hosts weekly high school Clubs, campaigners, Bible studies and lunches at the YL house. The middle school program is called Wyldlife. Wyldlife meets monthly at different kid friendly venues and weekly Bible studies. During the summer Young Life provides incredible camping opportunities to middle and high school camps. A few of these camps include: Washington Family Ranch-Canyon, Creekside and Breakaway.

We accomplish our mission by:
• Praying for young people.
• Going where kids are and building personal relationships with them
• Winning the right to be heard.
• Providing experiences that are fun, adventurous and life-changing.
• Sharing our lives and the Good News of Jesus Christ with adolescents, inviting them to personally respond to this Good News.
• Loving them regardless of their response.
• Nurturing kids so they might grow in their love for Christ and the knowledge of God's Word and become people who can share their faith with others.
• Helping young people develop the skills, assets and attitudes to reach their full God-given potential.
• Encouraging kids to live connected to the Body of Christ by being an active member of a local congregation.

West Linn Young Life desires to reach every kid in West Linn with the hope that they might make a personal and life-changing Commitment to a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Reaching youth from West Linn High School, Athey Creek, and Rosemont Ridge Middle Schools, and Three Rivers Charter School we are transforming a community one kid at a time.
