WIFTV's Annual "Make Your Movie" Silent Auction

Each year, Vancouver’s independent filmmakers rely on our Make Your Movie silent auction to get their movies made. From production services to equipment packages to mentor lunches with industry leaders, filmmakers bid on our auction items every year to take the next steps in their career and bring their projects to screen.

Revenues from the auction provide essential core funding for WIFTV’s many important programs and events.

Women In Film and Television Vancouver (WIFTV) is a member-driven, not-for-profit, society which addresses systemic barriers to women’s equal participation in the production and dissemination of screen-based media.

Our main objectives are: to further the artistic and professional development of women in the Canadian screen-based media community; and to recognize and promote the artistic and professional contributions of women in the Canadian screen-based media community and in the community at large.
