This wonderful canal home has quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a very short walk to Harbor Marina where you will enjoy live outdoor concerts, restaurants, shops, bike and boat rentals, and sightseeing cruises. Short drive to beaches, downtown Cape Coral and Ft Myers.
