Pickup & Shipping Instructions
Invoices & Payment: Once the auction closes, invoices will be emailed. Payment must be received before pickup can be scheduled.
Pickup Location: VP of Fundraising’s home in Willow Creek Farms (address will be provided to winners).
Meet-Up Option: In some cases, a meet-up or drop-off can be arranged for your convenience.
Payment Tips: To help us maximize funds, please consider covering credit card fees. Every dollar stays with WCJH! When you place a bid, you may be invited to make a small, optional contribution to support the platform that powers our auction. This is entirely voluntary and 100% of your winning bid goes directly to our organization

The WoodCreek Junior High PTA is dedicated to enriching the educational experience of every student and fostering a strong, connected school community. Through fundraising events, volunteer efforts, and campus support, we provide resources that enhance learning, celebrate achievements, and show appreciation for our incredible staff.
Every dollar we raise, including proceeds from this auction, goes directly back into programs, equipment, and initiatives that benefit WCJH students and teachers. From academic enrichment and campus improvements to student events and teacher appreciation, the PTA works year-round to make WCJH the best it can be.
Together, with the support of parents, staff, and our community, we’re building a tradition of excellence and pride at WoodCreek Junior High.
