Eastern Front Theatre's 'UP FRONT!' Auction raises dollars to allow Atlantic Canadian artists to continue a 24 year history of producing award-winning theatre: Atlantic Canadian stories featuring (and by) Atlantic Canadian Artists.

We cannot do what we do without a mammoth effort in fundraising each year.

We rely on our supporters to see that EFT continues to focus on home-grown theatre.

The 'UP FRONT' auction will see EVERY dollar raised appear on the stage, for our audience to experience top-notch set design, lighting design, and theatrical talent. The money raised from this auction will contribute to seeing Jacob Sampson's stunning play 'Chasing Champions - The Sam Langford Story' on the Neptune Scotiabank Stage for two weeks in April 2017. Eastern Front Theatre is a primary source for the development of Atlantic Canadian plays and playwrights. With three Governor’s General Award nominations (Consecrated Ground, Corker and The Glace Bay Miners Museum), Eastern Front Theatre has proven itself as a leader in the development of new Canadian plays.
