2026 U.A. Rotary Annual Fundraiser

The Upper Arlington Rotary Club includes more than 160 local business leaders, professionals, and community members who are committed to Rotary’s guiding principle of “Service Above Self.” Funds raised through our annual event support charitable programs that improve lives both in the Upper Arlington community and around the world. 

During our 50+ year history, the club has donated more than $2 million to charitable organizations and community projects. Examples include: • School supplies and tutoring for a Columbus elementary school 
• Meals at the YWCA Family Center and Ronald McDonald House 
• Construction of schools and preschools in Guatemala 
• Renovation support for the Upper Arlington Mirolo Barn 
• Scholarships for local high school students 
• Support for Hilltop Preschool (serving at risk children) 
• Funding for food-insecure children in Upper Arlington 
• Santa’s Silent Helpers 
• Bed Brigade (providing beds for families in the Columbus area) 
• Grace Haven (supporting victims of human trafficking) 
• Furniture Bank of Central Ohio and Home for Families 
• Support for the Upper Arlington Commission on Aging File of Life Program 
• Contributions to Rotary International’s effort to eliminate polio 
• Support for Meals on Wheels and Honor Flight Columbus 

Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical
standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. In more than 160 countries worldwide, approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 30,000 Rotary clubs.

The main objective of Rotary is service in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world. Rotarians develop community service projects that address many of today’s most critical issues, such as children at risk, poverty and hunger, the environment, illiteracy, and violence. They also support programs for youth, educational opportunities and international exchanges for students, teachers, and other professionals, and vocational and career development. The Rotary motto is Service Above Self
