Time and Talent Silent Auction

The Time and Talent Auction aims to bring our members together over a share interest in hobbies, activities, services, foods and more. It is also an important element in our annual fundraising initiatives. By donating and bidding, you help bring in funds that are essential to the mission of the congregation.
The auction will run from April 19-30, with bidding closing at 9pm on April 30.

The First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa is pleased to be once again holding a Time and Talent Select Auction. This approach to fundraising and establishing greater connections between members of our community has been highly successful in past years at achieving both these goals. Since the items available for bidding consist of material items and services with a personal connection (not just donated by outside businesses) this is not just a generic auction. When people say, "I don't have anything I can offer," or "I don't have any skills that would interest people," we say, "Sure you do!" It's amazing what people make available, and equally what items are actively bid over.
