TVCOG 2026 Annual Awards Dinner & Fundraiser

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, The COG will host our Annual Awards & Fundraising Dinner—our largest fundraising event of the year. This special evening celebrates the creativity, innovation, and community that define The COG while raising critical funds to support our programs and mission.

A highlight of the evening is our Silent Auction, and we're inviting local businesses to partner with us by donating an item or experience. Popular donations include gift cards, gift baskets, products, merchandise, event tickets, classes, services, dining experiences, or other unique items that showcase your business.

Funds raised from your generosity will directly support our Community Access Fund (tvcog.net/CAF), which ensures everyone can access the power of hands-on creation. For those with demonstrated financial need, the fund offsets membership dues costs. For those starting a business, the fund reduces space rental costs. For our local schools in economically challenged areas, it reduces or eliminates field trip costs.

Tech Valley Center of Gravity (TVCOG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit makerspace, manufacturing incubator, and STEAM education center in the heart of Troy, NY.

Our 15,000-square-foot facility is home to a vibrant community of makers, artists, engineers, entrepreneurs, educators, students, and families who believe in the power of learning by doing. Through hands-on STEAM education, access to professional tools and equipment, entrepreneurship support, workforce development, and community programs, TVCOG gives people the space, resources, and support to explore ideas, develop new skills, and bring their creations to life.

From inspiring young people to discover a passion for engineering and technology to helping entrepreneurs turn innovative ideas into real-world products and businesses, TVCOG is creating opportunities that strengthen our community and fuel the next generation of makers and innovators.
