Tall Pines Conservancy is a nationally accredited, non-profit land trust preserving the rural heritage of the Lake Country region - and beyond - by protecting remaining farmland, water resources and open spaces within our community. We are committed to supporting the future of local farming through programs that support soil health and improved water quality - predominantly through conservation easements that ensure the long-term availability of land forever.
