24th Annual Thousand Oaks Rotary Foundation Wine F

The Thousand Oaks Rotary Foundation is again holding its Summer Wine Festival fundraiser.  Funds raised have supported many worthwhile needs in our community like the Dream Catcher Park designed for handicapped children, providing scholarships for deserving students who otherwise might not qualify for support, and the majority of the funds raised will support the Ventura County Special Olympics.  The event will be held at the beautiful Westlake Yacht Club on Sunday August 24, 2025 from 1-4pm featuring wine tasting, amazing food, auctions, music and fun!!

The Thousand Oaks Rotary Foundation is again holding its Summer Wine and Beer Festival fundraiser, with the Ventura County Special Olympics as the major beneficiary.

The event will feature wine and beer tasting, amazing food, auctions, music and fun. Our event has raised over $600,000 for Ventura County Special Olympics over the past several years and we need your support to raise more to support these incredible athletes.

Ventura County Special Olympics provides year-round training and competition for more than 700 special needs children and adults with varying degrees of ability. It represents sports in its truest sense: the goal is not to win, but to try; and to experience, but not to conquer. All athletes earn an award, a cheer and a sincere “well done.”

Our event is scheduled for Sunday August 25th at the beautiful Westlake Yacht Club from 1pm-4pm with Californian artisan wineries, 14 Cannons Brewery and delectable appetizers provided by Boccaccio's Restaurant.
