TEF Spring Social - Auction 2023

Telluride Education Foundation's mission is to raise money to invest in the enrichment of K-12 education in the Telluride School District. Donations raised help fund experiential education, teacher attraction and retention, district staff and student morale, and social-emotional education for our community.

Our spring fundraiser, the Telluride Education Foundation (TEF) Spring Social, will take place on May 4th from 4-8pm. This will be a fun-filled community event at the Telluride Elks Lodge including a taco bar, a live DJ and a silent auction filled with wonderful prizes from local Telluride businesses. The event will promote inclusion, community and giving while also benefiting TSD schools.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 with this event!

With your help, TEF can fund student, teacher and community programs, such as:

*$5000 gives a teacher a grant for a down payment on a house

*$2500 funds a field trip for students

*$1000 funds Spreading Joy in the classroom - teacher stipend for student projects

*$500 sponsors a Teen Night at the skating rink or local business

*$250 supports a grant to a teacher for childcare

*$150 supports a grant to a teacher for commuting/gas

Telluride Education Foundation (TEF) is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization that raises money to invest in the enrichment of K-12 education in the Telluride School District. Specifically, we raise funds for STUDENTS: experiential education & social connections, TEACHERS & PARAEDUCATORS: cost-of-living and appreciation to encourage retention, and COMMUNITY: social-emotional education.
