Telluride Education Foundation Spring Auction 2025

The Telluride Education Foundation raises money to invest in the enrichment of K-12 education in the Telluride School District. Donations fund experiential education & social connections for STUDENTS, cost-of-living and appreciation for TEACHERS & PARAEDUCATORS, and social-emotional education for our COMMUNITY.

Telluride Education Foundation (TEF) is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization that raises money to invest in the enrichment of K-12 education in the Telluride School District. Specifically, we raise funds for STUDENTS – experiential learning initiatives in and out of the classroom, TEACHERS & PARAEDUCATORS – grants and appreciation to encourage retention and attraction, and COMMUNITY – social emotional education.

We are extremely grateful and humbled by the outpouring of support for TEF's programs and initiatives for the 2025/26 school year.  

Examples of how funds are distributed by TEF:

*$5000 gives a teacher a grant for a down payment on a house

*$2500 funds a field trip for students

*$1000 funds Spreading Joy in the classroom - teacher stipend for student projects

*$500 sponsors a Teen Night at the skating rink or local business

*$250 supports a grant to a teacher for childcare

*$150 supports a grant to a teacher for commuting/gas
